1. When will I see results using the products?
We suggest you give up to 6 weeks to notice significant results. However, many customers notice results within a week.
2. When will you ship my order?
Once you have ordered a product your item(s) could take up to 5 days to dispatch. However, we typically strive to dispatch within 2 days. Keep in mind this timeframe only varies based on how many orders we have to fill. Please check out the Shipping information of our website for more details.
3. How long will shipping take?
From date of dispatch your order will depend on the shipping method that you have chosen. Orders from the US usually take 3-5 working days after dispatch, while international orders usually take 1-2 weeks after dispatch.
4. Can I add another product to the order I have just placed?
Unfortunately due to the high number of orders we are unable to add or take away products from orders. If you want another item you'll need to place another order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
5. Can I return my products for a refund?
We offer refunds if we have made a mistake with your order. Please review our refunds policy for more details
6. Why do you take long to reply back to emails, DM's and comments?
As we have a high number of emails, direct messages and comments from customers it takes us a while to respond. We reply back to all of our messages within 24 - 72 hours.
7. Why are your international shipping prices so high?
We have geared our prices to match international recorded/tracked delivery prices as well as the price for packaging to ensure that your item arrives to you in great condition.
8. Can you change the address you are shipping to?
We are unable to ship your products to a different address once an address has been provided. It is difficult for us to keep track of orders with different addresses so we only ship to the address linked to the account that you have paid with. This measure is always for security reasons. Please update your address if you think you have an old one linked to your account.
9. Where shall I store my products?
Wherever you deem fit. We only recommend storing them away from heat or direct sunlight.
